My husband decided to give this a try … and he was amazed at how easy it was… funny how we hesitate on making stuff at times cause we think it will be hard or take long to make.
This took 5 minutes to prepare and then placed in the fridge to cool for about 20 or so minutes.
2 cups of coconut milk (or other vegan milk of choice)
8 tablespoons of chia seeds
1 teaspoon of vanilla
4 tablespoons of cacao
3 tablespoons of maple syrup
mix all the above ingredients together and then refrigerate
to serve you can top with fruits or nuts and maple syrup
(for those with a sweeter tooth , I would suggest adding a little more maple syrup in the ingredients)
